Set out rice and the following ingredients: chicken*, cheese (feta, goat, parmesan, or shredded cheddar all work), spinach or arugula or spicy greens, chopped red peppers, and soy sauce and sriracha or other hot sauce. Everyone can add what they want to customize their rice bowl.
*Although this version features Mrs Moore’s Chicken, there are other proteins that work equally as well, such as grilled steak, pork tenderloin or salmon.
