Soup

Saute onion, celery, and carrot. Add salt, pepper, thyme and oregano. Add 4 cups of chicken broth and shredded chicken*. Simmer until warmed through. Serve with warm bread and green salad.
*Although this version features Mrs Moore’s Chicken, there are other proteins that work equally as well, such as grilled steak, pork tenderloin or salmon.
